Each time you visit us, the first thing you will do is check in at our computerized station. Automated check in allows us to carefully monitor our patient wait times and make scheduling adjustments where necessary. We know your time is valuable, so we are proud to tell you that our average patient wait time is usually less than four minutes. Game Room
While our patients don’t wait very long, we want that wait to be fun. So, we have a game room at each office where you can play, watch a video, or just hang out until your appointment. Toothbrushing
Our tooth brushing area is supplied with everything you would need to brush up before your appointment. So don’t worry about coming straight from school or work; you can take care of brushing once you check in. back to top

Our waiting rooms are designed for your comfort, so sit back, enjoy a cup of coffee while checking out the latest issues of your favorite magazines or relaxing in one of our massage chairs. You can also find tonight’s dinner selections from an array of cookbooks or just catch up on work with our wireless web access.

Treatment Area
At Schroeder Orthodontics we have an open treatment concept. That way, parents can feel comfortable to come and go as they please. Our goal is to provide the highest quality, most efficient orthodontics available and you’ll find that we use the most modern technology and materials to make your smile shine. Our team works very hard to provide an educational and enjoyable environment for you and we welcome any questions about your treatment. We like to keep our patients and parents informed about treatment and progress so you have the opportunity to visit with the doctors at every appointment.
On the fun side, we have CD players at each treatment chair and provide a selection of CD’s, or feel free to bring your own. Patients can also earn tokens at their appointments to trade in on prizes or enter into our monthly drawings. back to top
Sterilization
Your health and well being is our first concern, so we make sure our sterilization area strictly adheres to all instrument sterilization requirements set by the State of Texas. Not only do we employ a full time sterilization tech, but we are also monitored monthly by the Texas A&M University System Health Science Center and have always exceeded their requirements. back to top
Lab
Our on site lab makes virtually all of our appliances. This allows us to provide quality control along with decreased wait times. Dr. Schroeder and Dr. Parks have both trained on craniofacial growth and development and make sure that each appliance is a perfect fit. back to top
